Welcome to BacktestFusion ("we", "the application", "the service"). By using this site, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

BacktestFusion is a free tool that allows you to combine multiple MetaTrader 5 (MT5) backtest reports into a single aggregated portfolio report, in order to estimate how multiple strategies/bots would behave when operating simultaneously in the same account.

2. Results are approximations, not guarantees

All information generated by BacktestFusion is an estimate based on the data you provide. The combined balance, drawdown, and other portfolio metrics are based on mathematical approximations and do not exactly reproduce how the strategies would have behaved if they had run together in a real account, as it does not account for slippage, broker execution conditions, or intra-trade price movements.

BacktestFusion does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. No information generated by this tool should be interpreted as a recommendation or guarantee of future results.

3. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for any financial or trading decisions you make, including those based on the results generated by this tool. Trading involves real risk of capital loss.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacktestFusion and its operators shall not be liable for any financial loss, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this tool or decisions made based on the information it generates.

5. Permitted use

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, or attempt to compromise its operation (reverse engineering, intentional system overload, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

The code, design, and content of BacktestFusion are owned by its operators, except for content you upload (your reports), which remains your property at all times.

7. Uploaded files

The report files you upload are processed solely to generate your combined report and are not stored on our servers once the analysis is complete. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice, especially given that this is an early-stage product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
